Garden Life Wooden Insect Hotel

Provide a safe and sheltered place for insects to rest with this wooden insect hotel from Garden Life. It will keep them safe from pest-predators such as bats.

Protective

The insect hotel is designed with lots of hollow tubes for insects to nest in, with different shapes and sizes it will cater to all small bugs. The slanted metal roof not only stops rain water collecting but also provides shelter for other insects to hang underneath. Each compartment is designed with different insects in mind; the top chamber filled with soft wood is perfect for making earwigs feel at home; the sections with bamboo and hollow wood are great for bees, ladybirds and other small insects; and the thin chamber at the centre is the perfect place for lacewings or butterflies to spend time.

The overhanging roof is also perfectly shaped for butterflies to hang from to shelter from bad weather or predators.
