Okra Clemson Spineless (Hibiscus esculentus). Harvest the fruits when young as they can become very tough. The fruits can be used for sauces and soups and as a flavour for Mediterranean and Far Eastern stew dishes. Sow indoors from mid March at 21-23°C.
