Yardlong Beans (Vigna sesquipedalis). Sow indoors from the end of April onwards at 20-22°C. After 4 weeks transplant to the greenhouse in a sunny spot with a planting distance of 100×40 cm. The plants will need canes to climb and the tendrils can be attached to neighbouring plants. The pods can grow to a length of 60 to 70 cm and are suitable for both cooking and stir fries.
