A compact variety of Hydrangea macrophylla with huge flower power, literally an explosion of cherry red blooms! These big and beautiful red petals surround clusters of pastel pink, smaller, star-shaped flowers, creating a simply stunning contrast. Simply fabulous when in full flower and will stand out in your garden incredibly well. It's also perfectly suited to growing in a large pot as an eye-catching feature on a terrace or balcony. The foliage is lush and green with serrated leaves in spring and summer, and in autumn the gorgeous lace cap flowerheads turn from cherry red to burgundy and finish the season in a perfect purple tone. As with all hydrangeas, the faded flowers look spectacular if left on the plant over winter. Supplied as 3 x established plants in 9cm pots, ready for planting, growing to a height of 1.2m (4ft).
