Anemone x hybrida 'Whirlwind'

The late summer and early autumn borders will sing out loud if they contain Anemone x hybrida ‘Whirlwind’, a large and vigorous Japanese Anemone. This elegant herbaceous perennial looks great towards the back of the flowerbed where its graceful, wiry stems hold semi-double white blooms that appear to flutter above the lush green foliage.
