Six pot-grown specimens of Spiranthes Chadds Ford — the most popular and reliable of the autumn-flowering Lady’s Tresses orchids. A pack of six creates an immediate, naturalistic colony effect in a border or rock garden.
Spiranthes Chadds Ford is a hybrid between S. cernua and S. odorata, selected for its vigour in European conditions. It produces dense, spiralling spikes of pure white, faintly vanilla-scented flowers in August and September, when most other hardy orchids have long finished.

Spiranthes naturalises best in groups. A single plant can look lost; six plants establish a self-sustaining colony that increases year on year. This pack represents the most cost-effective way to establish Spiranthes in a new border.
The single Spiranthes Chadds Ford and duo pack are available for smaller plantings.
Since 2010, Phytesia has bred and sold hardy orchids across Europe using in vitro cultivation techniques, producing robust, virus-free plants shipped directly from Belgium.
